Branding for Smart Real Estate

Reat estate branding has two major factors that need to be considered: It's only very temporary—the product usually only stays on the market for a short period—and it is targeting the sort of wealthy. The former makes it really interesting, the latter really boring, except in this case, where the landlord wanted to talk to young professionals with smart and small appartements. Hence the task was to fins the target audience who would fit in to the neighbourhood by respresenting it in the brand language.

Brief: Brandings for real estate and property assets often come with ultra-luxury visual cues as if it all were about yachts in St. Tropez. We were tasked to go another way to sell these small yet smart apartmeents in one of the hippest districts in Vienna to a different buyer. We tackled it with a contemporary typeface, some lovely yet stark colors and of course our signature blend of illustrations and playfulness, based on the architects drawings. We hope you like it!
